1. Where we ship
At launch we ship only to addresses in Singapore. We may refuse or cancel orders with non-Singapore delivery addresses.
If you are outside Singapore, you may register interest for future overseas shipping. Registering interest is not an order and does not reserve stock.
2. Delivery
Delivery timeframes on the Store are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of stock, payment checks, or the courier.
You must provide a complete, accurate Singapore delivery address and a reachable contact. Extra courier fees caused by a wrong address, failed delivery, or uncollected parcel are your responsibility.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage to the physical item passes to you on delivery to the address you gave, or on collection if we agree collection.
